Francesca Dessi is the operations and public relations lead at High Water Venture Partners. Her journey into venture capital began with helping startups scale, co-founding the impact accelerator Gaia Academy, and joining Blinc Invest—an early-stage VC fund in Mumbai focused on fintech and edtech. She later joined Costa Norte, an investment bank specializing in early-stage Deep Tech deals across Israel and Germany.
Francesca studied Economics and Management at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and completed an exchange at Católica Lisbon, where she researched the impact of European Structural Funds on Portugal’s economic development. She holds a Master’s in Impact, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation from Nova SBE, complemented by an MBA in Finance from IMT Ghaziabad in India, where she deepened her exposure to venture capital in emerging markets.
